Project Overview

Built a new quality assurance system to ensure consistent service levels for consulting projects, reducing reliance on individual consultant expertise. Enabled even junior consultants to deliver high-quality interviews, analysis, and solutions using smart construction apps and product suites.

• Reviewed all frontend and backend deliverables for high quality
• System deployed to over 300 construction sites, with continuous improvements based on user feedback
• Strengthened collaboration with stakeholders and leaders for smooth project execution
