Project Overview

Developed a new internal HR system from scratch following the end of the “Workday” SaaS contract. Redesigned existing features and incorporated the company’s talent development framework, leveraging a standardized React IP to maximize productivity and maintainability.

• Led the project as app team leader
• Coordinated progress and quality management across all team members
• Oversaw frontend design, implementation, review, and quality control

Achievements

• Successfully led a team including over 10 junior members, achieving stable release despite high training costs
• Drove development of React modules from scratch, reviewing all code for quality and reusability
• Collaborated closely with designers, frontend, backend, and infra engineers to prevent issues and ensure quality
• Introduced cross-check and review systems to improve development quality
