Web Development Project Standardization: React IP 👨‍💻

Project Overview

To improve efficiency and quality in internal React development, I led the maintenance and adoption support of a shared React library (IP). By supporting each team’s adoption, I promoted the establishment of development standards and reduction of resource costs. I also organized React-specific issues and established a system for maintaining and versioning reusable components.

• Collected feedback on React IP from each project, continuously improving components and adding features based on requirements
• Acted as a bridge with overseas vendors and headquarters, sharing issues and streamlining communication in English to improve work efficiency
